Midwest Home Luxury Remodeling Tour

Published:

If you’re anything like me, you have an obsession with HGTV. The channel is always checked when surfing, and always stopped on if there’s a new episode of Property Brothers or Love It or List It on. Why are those two shows my favorites? Simple: The renovations. I love to see how an expert’s vision can completely transform a space, turning something unsuitable into something perfect. Why do you think when asked the final question, “Are you going to love it, or are you going to list it?” seemingly the vast majority of people respond with a “Love it”? Because by remodeling you can not only get a beautiful home, but one that is tailored to you and your needs.

Considering this, you can safely assume I was pretty excited to hear that Midwest Home was launching a Luxury Remodeling Tour. It’s just like all of these HGTV projects I love to watch, but I get to actually see them in real life. The tour will run the next two weekends—August 9-10 and 16-17 from noon-6 p.m.—and showcase nine different homes. On the first weekend homes in Victoria, Shorewood, Chaska, and Minnetonka will be featured, and ones in St. Paul’s Crocus Hill, Edina, and Minneapolis’ Linden Hills the second. This self-guided tour gives you access to high-end remodeling projects—ranging from gourmet kitchens and elaborate additions to whole house renovations—plus the chance to gather information and connect with the top remodelers behind the projects. I mean, who wouldn't want to learn how they can turn their home into their dream home?

Tickets are available for purchase at local Kowalski’s Markets and online for $12, or at the door for $15. That’ll get you into all the homes on the tour, but you can also buy single home tickets for $5. And just because we love our readers so much, this code will get you 50 percent off, meaning it'll cost you just $6 to see all of these amazing homes. You can also enter for your chance to win two free tickets.
