WHAT: The Stage Program, a collaborative platform that connects youth with local innovators in restaurants, art, and business, culminating in this pop-up dining event

WHY: Through a partnership with Saint Dinette, the Stage Program leads a team of young chefs from a local high school through a 12-week culinary journey to build creative and career skills in culinary and business development.
INSIDER INFO: The dinner at Saint Dinette will be prepared by the students using the skills and knowledge they have learned over their 12-week classes. The program founders, Laurel Elm, Adam Eaton, and Shane Oporto, have reached out to local chefs to share their knowledge at the classes each week, hoping to grow the program in other schools for more and more interested students. $75 per person to attend. WHAT: Foodie Four Mile Run: Race to the Market

WHY: To celebrate the 19th season of the market with a portion of profits going to TC Food Justice, which works with farmers markets and local grocery stores to rescue food and deliver it to local food shelves and shelters.
