Caribou Coffee is Remodeling in Downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul

The hustle and bustle of the downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul areas can seem inescapable during the workday. Sometimes, days might feel like they just breeze by and you don’t even realize the wonderful things going on all around you. One new thing you might notice over the course of the spring and summer are the remodeling of many of the Caribou Coffee stores in both downtown areas.

As part of our commitment to Minnesota, we are reinvesting in our flagship locations, ensuring our customers continue to find them as inviting locations. We want to ensure that our customers have a place to get their morning coffee, meet in a comfortable area with friends or coworkers, or just retreat for a few minutes in the middle of a hectic workday. Just don’t tell your boss which Caribou you’ll be at.

These newly remodeled stores will feature open counters, brand new furniture, including community tables that encourage you to get to know your neighbors. You’ll still see the same faces at these stores once they are remodeled, but the experience should be something completely new. We hope our Minnesota community will continue to find Caribou as a community place that they love.
