Holiday meals are a time for indulgence and that doesn’t necessarily mean a pile of sugar cookies. Treating guests to a Midwestern lobster boil is a boisterous and most generous way to throw a party. The most difficult part of eating whole lobster is getting through that red shell to the luscious meat below. No one knows how to do this better than the local lobster experts inside Smack Shack. Executive chef Dave Buxton shows us how it’s done.
