By Marie Flanagan

For one night only, on Thursday, Feb. 6th, Mark Wojahn and Wilbur Ince will be presenting the new craft brewing film, “Crafting A Nation,” in their Casket Cinema studio in NE Minneapolis.

Capturing the nationwide craft brewing boom, the documentary film follows several of the key players in the industry as well as many individuals and breweries from Minneapolis like Indeed Brewing Company, Harriet Brewing, and Fulton Brewery.

After the film, Brenden Harris, the film's director of photography will talk about making the movie, and members of the MN Homebrewers Association will be there to field questions and lead an open discussion. Guests are encouraged to BYOB.

Casket Cinema is a micro/studio-cinema dedicated to showing the best in independent films and documentaries.

The film will start at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. for the MN Homebrewers Association meeting. A donation of $5 per guest is encouraged, and will go to the filmmakers.

Casket Cinema is located in the old Northwestern Casket Building, 681 17th Ave NE #145, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Enter the Casket, via the north side loading door. You must enter through the back entrance to attend this event (look for a blue door and a red arrow).
