With Christmas only three weeks away, it’s time to discover new gifts and stocking stuffer ideas. North Mallows offers classic vanilla marshmallows, along with chocolate chip, caramel, and mocha. K’ul Chocolate (a new store in Minneapolis) creates superfood bars with chocolate, nuts, and dried fruit. A gift card to Edina’s Grass Fed Cattle Co. (which has a new “cow-pool” app for ordering beef shares) would be an ideal gift for any meat lover. And, for the creative at heart, a few new cookbooks are available for purchase such as Homemade by Beatrice Ojakangas or the Chowgirls’ new cookbook filled with delicious party food ideas.
