Minnesota Monthly Wine Luncheon at Marin

Minnesota Monthly partners with Marin for an afternoon of spring bliss


The weather has finally caught up with the season and its time to celebrate with fresh springtime fare and a light, crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Minnesota Monthly is hosting a wine luncheon this Thursday at Marin restaurant where Northern California flavors will merge with Washington wines from Seattle’s Chateau Ste. Michelle. 

Each course will reflect the light, fresh, straightforward flavor profile that Marin and its sister restaurant Mill Valley Kitchen pride themselves on. Chef Mike Rakun’s menu reflects his enthusiasm for the late arrival of spring’s warm weather. The first course features the bright flavors of grapefruit, avocado, and fresh peas, paired with a Horse Heaven Sauvignon Blanc.  

The wine will start pouring at noon. Tickets for the event are $50 and space is limited, so purchase them here. So tap into your inner sommelier and join us for seasonal garden plates and wine to match.
