MnMo editor Rachel Hutton and MPR Classical's John Birge talk about their favorite slow-cooked meat dishes like braised meat tacos, huevos rancheros with braised pork, and braised beef sandwiches. Chef Shack Ranch in Seward and Brasa and Meritage in St. Paul are just a few Twin Cities restaurants that Rachel Hutton recommends for delicious, flavorful meats.
