Clutch It

Published:

The best kind of style embraces function, but cleverly disguises it in a fashionable package. At least that's the case for me. This month I wrote about the By Elizabeth Dehn skin care line—which I'm crazy about—because it uses all the best ingredients that are best for your body...naturally giving you the best kind of skin.

Well, Elizabeth has just launched a great go-along with her skin care line: The Makeup Clutch. She teamed up with Chicago–based designer Jess Constable to create a preppy, nautical bag that could be used for makeup—or for a night out on the town.

The ivory twill pouch is lined in turquoise and has a soft brown leather pull for the zipper, so it's neutral and therefore mixes well with most ensembles. Because it's useful for transporting all your little pretties and holding an evening out's necessities, I'd highly recommend it for travel multitasking or day-to-night transformations.
