November 15: Wilson & Willy’s relaunch of Northwestern Knitting Company: Northwestern Knitting Company first opened in 1888, using a unique method of knitting high quality merino wool with cotton fibers to produce a lighter material while retaining the warmth of wool. The company is relaunching exclusively online after a thirty year hiatus to bring back its exceptional knitwear. (nwkc.us)

November 16: Debut store opens at Mall of America: Debut brings together celebrated local brands such as Askov Finalyson, Fisher and Baker, and Laurel Way and national brands centered on quality materials and craftsmanship like Woolrich and Shepard of Sweden. While the selection of vendors and merchandise is expected to change with the seasons, Debut’s collections will emphasize classic style and functionality. November 16: Indeed We Can x Still Kickin Pop-up + Fundraiser: Indeed Brewery’s fundraising initiative, Indeed We Can, donates its net proceeds from one night to local nonprofits, and this time it’s Still Kickin’s turn. The nonprofit donates its earnings from donations and retail sales to people battling cancer. Stop by Indeed Brewery for a pint and a pop-up with Still Kickin’s new merchandise. November 16: FGI’s Runway to Ready to Wear at Cambria Gallery: Fashion Group International of MSP presents a night of 2017 Spring/Summer trends, with an exclusive edit of New York, London, Milan, and Paris runway collections. Cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres will accompany the presentation, with a discussion to follow. MnMo’s own style editor, Jahna Peloquin is featured as a guest speaker. November 16: Zara at Mall of America grand opening: One of the newest additions to the MOA’s new north-end expansion, the two-story space will be one of Zara’s only flagship locations in the US. November 17: I AM MPLS at Mia & Icehouse: Join the celebration of everything Minneapolis during a night of creative collaborations, brand new fashion, and fresh musical stylings at the Minneapolis Institute of Art and an after party at Icehouse. The fashion show will feature looks from Hazel & Rose, Roe Wolfe, Cliché, and more, with cocktails by Agra Culture Kitchen and musical mixes by DJ Simone Steppa DuJour. (6-11 p.m., 2400 S. November 17: Stephen Vincent Design new location grand opening: Stephen Vincent’s new studio is debuting with a cocktail party and tours of the new store, featuring an upscale boutique space, glassed in workshop, and private custom design area overlooking Lake Calhoun. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails by Bittercube, valet parking, and gift bags for the first hundred attendees. H. November 18: Bonobos Guideshop Opens: The New York-based online menswear retailer Bonobos is opening a “guideshop” in the North Loop. Unlike traditional stores, customers are paired with a fashion consultant who will fit them for clothing, which are then shipped for free to the customers’ homes. November 18: FashionFest at McNamara Alumni Center: Support the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital with a night of fashion, small bites, and wine sampling. Shop from an array of local boutiques, enjoy fashions modeled by community leaders, and bid on vacations and one-of-a-kind items in a live auction, all while supporting pediatric patients and their families. November 19: Green Gifts Fair at Midtown Global Market: Shop from over 80 eco-friendly vendors for everything from food to flowers to bedding while sampling food from 30 global restaurants.
