Ribnick Luxury Outerwear & Soft Surroundings Open at Galleria: This week, two more retailers open their doors in Galleria’s new north wing, joining Roe Wolfe, Design Within Reach, and the new Barnes & Noble. Yesterday, Ribnick Luxury Outerwear—the longtime North Loop fur and leather specialist—opened a satellite location during the holiday season at the Edina shopping center, featuring an edited selection of their covetable cold-weather coats and accessories. Then on Friday, lifestyle retailer Soft Surroundings will open its first Minnesota location with its full product selection, which includes luxe women’s apparel, globally-inspired accessories, beauty, bedding, and home goods. Junket: Tossed and Found 5-Year Anniversary Weekend: Minnehaha Mile retailer, Junket, celebrates five years of repurposing and reviving vintage and secondhand home goods. RAAS Local Market Opens: The Mall of America’s annual holiday makers market pop-up returns, this year in partnership with RAAS (Retail as a Service) Instant Retail, a national pop-up market producer. The market includes goods from nearly 20 Minnesota makers spanning wearables, home goods, and artisanal food products, including Mill City Fineries, Great Lakes Northern Outfitters, and Leather Works Minnesota, and will be open through the 2018 Super Bowl.
