This Thursday, January 30, break out the spandex and the sweatbands and burn some fat while making fat! Los Angeles-based musical artist duo, Pop Soda, will lead Feel the Churn—a series of aerobics classes at the Walker Art Center that will yield sweet, creamy butter.

Participants receive jars filled with cream provided by Hastings Cooperative Creamery that sloshes around as you follow Pop Soda to the coordinated music and dance steps. The result? You shake that cream right into some tasty butter!

Pop Soda is comprised of musicians Jimmy Fusil and Mike Wait, who created the Feel the Churn revolution from their love of music and food.

The duo recently took their butter aerobics class to the Santa Monica pier. Watch the fun in action:

What will you do with your freshly, churned butter?

When: Thursday, January 30, 2014, 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
