The Fine Spirits Classic

Published:

As the holidays are fast approaching, are you looking for the perfect gift for dad? Or signature drinks to make at your holiday soiree? Look no further: Minnesota Monthly is inviting you to an elegant evening of fine spirits on Thursday, November 29 at Mill City Nights in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The Fine Spirits Classic will feature a wide selection of spirit tastings from around the world, including premium whiskey, scotch, bourbon, rum, vodka, gin, tequila, and more.

You will be able to taste small sips and learn directly from brand representatives about the spirits—arming you with the perfect gift list you can take into your local retailer.

Mill City NightsPlus, local bartenders from the Northstar Bartender’s Guild will be on-site creating craft cocktail samples and sharing secrets on how to make the perfect drink. Many also will be giving away recipes, providing you with the perfect opportunity to create craft cocktails at home like a pro.

Additionally, you can sample gourmet fare courtesy of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and enjoy musical entertainment by DJ Twice as Nice.

Looking for a sober ride? We have designated driver tickets available for just $10 and have also partnered with Uber as our preferred transportation partner. If you haven’t heard of Uber, they are new to this market and we think that they are pretty cool. Uber is your premier private driver service in the Twin Cities—learn more at uber.com.

You can purchase your tickets now at FineSpiritsClassic.com for just $45 (prices go up when purchased day-of at the door). Tickets are limited, so don’t wait, or you might just be waiting until next year.
