The Fly Feet 28 Day January Challenge kicks off January 5 and runs through February 2. The challenge is about embracing a holistic, healthy and sustainable lifestyle — not a diet or a quick fix. Fly Feet provides the tools to develop a personalized plan, set goals and track accountability so participants can be successful. The ultimate goal of the challenge is to add habits that are doable and over time add up to the change people want to see. The challenge includes:
Training: 21 days of amazing training as well as built in rest in order to see change.
Recovery: 1 week of recovery for participants to learn how to come out of an aggressive training cycle and recover well.
Weekly community workshops: Keeping participants on track with special workshops on movement, recovery, nutrition, sleep and training.
Healthy habit-forming: Encouraging one habit change participants can commit to past the 21 days.
Food: Providing a recipe guide, nutrition guide, pantry list, foods to avoid and tips for how to manage the program without feeling restricted.
Coaching on mobility, compression and active release, plus a daily recovery routine to incorporate at home.
Partnership with Dexafit: At an additional cost, participants can do pre/post scans to translate their biology into actionable feedback using medical-grade technology.
