June Featured Artists Exhibition: Dresang, Eshelman, Holden, Jensen

Date/Time

Jun 5, 2018 to Jul 1, 2018
10:00 AM until 04:00 PM

Description

Summer is in full bloom, and it’s traditionally a season for honoring couples and their commitment to a future together. Help them celebrate, or celebrate your own home, with the gift of functional art for use in everyday life. Visit Northern Clay Center to view the current June Featured Artists Exhibition, featuring ceramic artists Paul Dresang, Paul Eshelman, and Butch Holden. Paul Dresang brings to the table the smooth comfort of Shino and celadon glazes on satisfying forms. With a distinctly modern feel, Paul Eshelman takes a more orchestrated approach to sets, with vibrant color on red stoneware. Butch Holden uses texture and a vivid palette that never fails to make a home more artful. Eric Jensen’s deceptively resilient slab-built tableware is full of contradiction: soft and angular, light and robust, pale and radiant.
