Join us for a plant based nutrition and fitness class hosted by Olympic medalist, Dotsie Bausch, and fitness instructor, TJ Long. This is class is FREE. You must RSVP in advance here: https://s4gfitnessclass.splashthat.com/
This will be a functional body-weight class which starts with a dynamic warm-up focusing on active mobility. We'll then start to pick up the pace with some plyometrics, a body weight circuit, and high intensity intervals. The class concludes by slowing down with static stretching and recovery. Dotsie will also be speaking and answering questions about how a plant based diet has improved her recovery and performance.
After concluding a prolific professional cycling career that produced a medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games, eight US national championships, two Pan American gold medals and a world record, Dotsie Bausch has become a powerful influencer for plant-based eating for athletes and non-athletes alike. Named by Choose Veg as one of the “Top 20 Badass Veg Women Who Are Making History,” she utilizes her degree in plant-based nutrition to inform her impassioned messages as an advocate on behalf of animals and health.
TJ is a certified personal trainer and athletic nutrition specialist, natural health coach, and raw vegan chef based in Minneapolis. He became interested in health and fitness a few years after college, initially intrigued by plant-based nutrition, orthopedic exercise, and recovery.
