Bike with a Ranger: Stone Arch Bridge

Aug 3, 2013
10:00 AM until 01:00 PM

This ten mile bike ride is led by a national park ranger. Participants will have the chance to see the Mississippi River’s only major waterfall and the great river’s only gorge. The route runs through many modern parks while exploring the river's ancient geology. The route also explores the extraordinary human history that led to the founding of the Twin Cities and its development into a regional and worldwide economic powerhouse.

The ride runs at a casual pace that is appropriate for riders of most abilities. Participants must be the age of 16 or older, unless accompanied by an adult. Participants must also provide their own bicycle and helmet, which are both required. Space is limited to the first 20 people to register.

$5-$10; kids ten and under ride for free.
