Free Financial Planning Advice for Seniors July 22

Date/Time

Jul 22, 2014
09:00 AM until 11:00 AM

Description

Seniors who want an active lifestyle featuring resort-like amenities and on-site health care services and are looking to plan for the next chapter in life, are invited to attend a Trillium Woods sponsored event, “Let’s Run The Numbers” featuring certified financial planner, Brad Breeding.

Attendees can enjoy a light breakfast while learning about the benefits of moving to a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the advantages of choosing a Life Care CCRC for the next phase in life. Using real numbers, Breeding, president and co-founder of LifeSite Logics, a comprehensive and unbiased database of CCRCs, and regular speaker at Duke University, will give attendees the knowledge they need to make side-by-side comparisons of financial options for their future. He will help attendees clear up confusion about planning for the future and will discuss the benefit of moving to a community with a Return-of-Capital plan.

Breeding is also the author of What’s the Deal with Retirement Communities? A book written for seniors considering a retirement community; it highlights the various alternatives and options that seniors have.
