Description

A life-threatening allergic reaction, or anaphylaxis, can happen anywhere, and at any time. Learn more about life-threatening allergies and how you can help your school district compete to win a $15,000 educational grant at the Get Schooled in Anaphylaxis™: An Interactive Experience exhibit.

At the exhibit, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about Get Schooled in Anaphylaxis, an initiative sponsored by Mylan Specialty L.P., that was created to help everyone in the school setting be prepared to respond when a life-threatening allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) occurs
  • Gather information about the Raise Your Hand for Anaphylaxis Awareness™ competition*, where four school districts with the highest number of “hands raised” will each win a $15,000 educational grant
  • Use a smartphone or tablet to take an interactive, animated tour using augmented reality technology, which makes educational videos on a mural come to life
  • Take home FREE giveaways

*Winners will be identified in accordance with the official Raise Your Hand for Anaphylaxis Awareness rules.
