Description

Audubon Center of the North Woods, Sandstone, Minnesotam on the east side of Grindstone Lake (about 90 miles north of the Twin Cities).

All-inclusive, complete holistic retreat including comfy lodging, wonderful food, and a variety of classes and activities to choose from, such as:
 

  • Adventure & Challenge (high ropes course, Nordic walking, canoeing)
  • Wellness & Nature (yoga, massage, reiki, hikes, bird banding, facials, medicinal plant classes)
  • Creative Expressions (art classes, flower arranging, belly dancing, scrapbooking)

Lodging, meals, all programming and 10 minutes of massage or reiki are included in the weekend package fee (additional massage or reiki available for an additional fee). Commuter rates are also available. All-inclusive weekend package rates $275-$305.
