The Alzheimer’s Association’s Annual Gala celebrates the lives of those impacted by memory loss

Event: The annual Alzheimer’s Association Remembering Our Stars gala was held Saturday, April 13, at the Depot in downtown Minneapolis.

Cause: Alzheimer’s Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Proceeds from the Minnesota–North Dakota chapter’s gala go toward raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care and research in the region.  

Purple Pride: The color of the night was purple, and guests were encouraged to dress accordingly.

The Agenda: The evening included a reception, silent and live auctions, dinner, a program, and entertainment by High & Mighty band. Following the event was the Afterthought After Party, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association’s Young Champions and featuring dancing and music.
