Mill City Museum

Built into the ruins of what was once the world's largest flour mill, Mill City Museum is a National Historic Landmark set on the banks of the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis. The signature film, Minneapolis in 19 Minutes Flat, gives a great overview of the city's history. Hands-on, multi-sensory exhibits plus rooftop views of the Mississippi and St. Anthony Falls. Stop in the museum store and Mill City Cafe. Admission: $12 adults, $10 seniors and college students, $6 children (5-17), ages 4 and younger and Minnesota Historical Society members free.
