Your one and only source for Target's breaking fashion news heard that the cheap-chic powerhouse is partnering with fashion designer Anna Sui on a collection that draws inspiration from yours truly—Gossip Girl. When the show kicks off its third season on September 13 you'll be able to dress like your favorite Upper Eastsider—for a lot less. Here are a few of the looks I'm obsessed with, but between you and me—I think B's are the best.
