Of all the fantastic local boutiques in the Twin Cities, the one that universally elicits glee among women is Patina. I don’t know anyone who can walk by without at least pressing her face against the window. On some level, I think we all want our homes to look a bit like the store: expertly decorated with just enough quirk and cool to make it look like we didn’t even try.

The store’s seasonal outlet sale kicks off on Thursday with 50 to 80 percent off furniture, wall décor, toys, stationery, jewelry, bath and body products, candles, and holiday goods.
