This one-hour program delves into séances, spirit writing, and the ways in which with world of the spirits influenced people of the time. Tattoo You

WHAT: Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention

WHEN: 11 a.m.
It was more than 35 years ago that then-Minnesota governor Perpich declared “Tattoo Art Appreciation Day,” which means that body ink has been pretty firmly in the mainstream for about the time it takes a really well-applied tattoo to begin to fade in earnest.
