Sew Lovely

Sew Lovely

The calendar has not yet flipped to February, but I'm here to tell you it's not too early to be shopping for Valentine's Day. Especially if you're thinking about buying handmade goods. There's just something special about gifts made by hand, even if that hand is not your own. Maybe especially if it isn't (as in my case).

But if these goodies don't convince you to have a handmade Valentine's Day, I don't know what will. Check out the absolutely adorable hand-embroidered lovelies, made by Marie Parish of craftymsp.

I absolutely love the simplicity of these—a modern, clean aesthetic combined with traditional craft. (Parish also quilts like a dream, and no doubt her aesthetic is inspired by her architecture background.)

Sweet, but not sickening. Love that. And you can't beat the price: $25 for three handmade pieces. Find them in her Etsy shop.
