PRESENTED BY MINNESOTA MONTHLY
On behalf of Minnesota Monthly magazine, I would like to have you join us for the inaugural Twin Cities Fresh Taste Festival on Sunday, August 17.
This one-day festival celebrates the best in organic and sustainable foods as well as biodynamic and organic wines. Set on the beautiful banks of the Mississippi River at the Nicollet Island Pavilion, the festival will be filled with a variety of organic food and beverage vendors—from many outstanding local restaurants, food producers, product suppliers, and national and international wineries.
An additional feature will be local chefs preparing some of their best signature organic dishes on the Kitchen Window Cooking Stage, sponsored by Callister’s Farm in the Market. Recipes will be provided.
The festival’s intimate, picturesque setting was chosen to provide a one-on-one experience for exhibitors and attendees alike to sample and learn, to enjoy and appreciate the region’s growing movement toward organic and sustainable agriculture.
As with Minnesota Monthly’s Food & Wine Experience (now in its 15th year), proceeds from the festival will benefit Minnesota Public Radio.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, August 17 at the Nicollet Island Pavilion.
