Geri Wolf is the quiet force behind some of the Cities’ most creative corporate events, weddings, and parties. It’s no surprise that her casually chic, food-focused entertaining style is also a way of life.

Party venue: I love working with W Hotel, Chambers Hotel, and Calhoun Beach Club. Color scheme: Ice blue, with an occasional splash of red. Wedding trend: Couples focusing more attention on the lifelong commitment they’re making to one another. Florist: Summer Harsh Botanical Artistry and Pazzobello. Clothing designer: I am a perfect size 36 in Prada. Do you think she’ll see this article? Gadget: Crackberry, baby. Fragrance: Au naturel. Hostess gift: Spices from Penzeys or an herb plant. Book: The Velveteen Rabbit. Biggest indulgence: Deep-tissue massage at Aagesen Chiropractic. Vacation spot: Zihautanejo, Mexico, where the final scene of The Shawshank Redemption was filmed. Local restaurant: Thanh Do. Lunch: Whatever chef Asher Miller at 20.21 or chef Chris Damskey at Chambers wants to feed me. Cocktail: Mojito. Comfort food: Dairy Queen banana splits—I eat them a lot when I’m working on a wedding! Place to have a drink: At my friends, the Olsons’. They entertain in the tradition of the ’50s, but in a very modern way.
