Minnesota Monthly editorial internships give participants an up-close look at how magazines are made. Interns attend weekly planning meetings with the editorial staff, assist with proofing and production tasks, and research, write, and fact-check both print and web content. Interns are expected to work 15 to 20 hours per week for a period of three to four months. Typically, the internships, which are unpaid, begin in January, May/June, and September. Applications are accepted year-round.
