The 13th annual Imagination Ball raises money for Type 1
diabetes research

Event: The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Imagination Ball, held October 1 at the Depot in Minneapolis.

Cause: More than $700,000 was raised for Type 1 diabetes research.

Going Once, Going Twice: The Winter Park Ski Package received the highest bid of $7,000. It included flights to Denver, lodging, lift tickets, and rentals.

Honor Roll: Dr. Bernhard Hering received the Award of Excellence in Research.
