The Twin Cities and greater Minnesota and Wisconsin restaurant community is coming together to serve the desperate needs of Haitian orphans who have lost everything. With the goal of raising $50,000, the "Dine and Fly for Haiti" program was recently developed by Steve & Ann Jacobs of the Stillwater Balloon Co. and the Jarvis Family of the Afton House Inn to complete the building of an orphanage in Boucan, Haiti (about 10 miles from Port-au-Prince) and provide critical support for food and medical aid.
You are invited to purchase the donated $25 and $50 gift certificates to over 50 Minnesota and Wisconsin restaurants at dineandflyforhaiti.com. You also have the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate from the Stillwater Balloon Company. For $245 per person, you will be able to experience the St. Croix Valley in an unforgettable hot air balloon ride.
This is a golden opportunity to give an incredible Valentine's Day gift while helping the poorest of the poor to rebuild their shattered country and broken lives. All proceeds will go directly to Hope in the Light, a well established and respected organization with deep roots and strong relationships in Haiti.
