Minnesota Monthly\'s Fresh Taste Festival

August 9, 2009 at Nicollet Island Pavilion

Located on the beautiful banks of the Mississippi Rive r at the charming and historic Nicollet Island Pav ilion, the festival will be a day filled with a variety of organic food and beverage ve ndors – including many outstanding local restaurants, food producers, product suppliers, and national wineries. Take advantage of the one-on -one experience to sample and learn, to enjoy and appreciate the region’s growing movement toward organic and sustainable agriculture.

Kaywin Feldmen is the director and president of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Previous ly, she was director of the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art in Tennessee and a curator and then executi ve director of the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art, History and Science in California.
