2011 Local Chef Challenge

Minnesota Monthly’s 3rd Annual Local Chef Challenge will be held at the Best Buy® Rotunda at Mall of America®. Eight local chefs will compete in elimination heats, advancing until there are only two chefs remaining for Sunday’s final duel—where one chef will walk away with bragging rights and $10,000.
