Wells Fargo WinterSkate in Rice Park

Located in the heart of St. Paul, Wells Fargo WinterSkate creates a fun winter experience for visitors of all ages. Along with the park's illuminated trees, the historic Landmark Center creates a beautiful backdrop for the outdoor rink, showcasing the city’s charming European architecture and old-world ambiance.

Hockey and ice skates are available to rent for $2, or you may bring your own skates for a completely free excursion.

Open ice is Mon.-Thur. 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Fri. and Sat. 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sun. 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
Cost Free; skate rental is $2.
