Concentration: Personal injury/plaintiff’s Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA). The bulk of our work involves representing railroad workers for on-the-job injuries under the FELA. In addition to railroad injury claims, YJB has a general negligence department, which represents people injured in various traumatic incidents.
