Realtor Rochelle Johnson has a philosophy in life that extends into every aspect of her residential real estate business. She believes that maintaining great relationships, giving back, following through, and following the Golden Rule is the key to success.
“I treat every person the way I wish to be treated,” she says. “I try to place myself in my client’s shoes to understand their reactions and assure them that everything will work out, because it always does in the end.”
Having it all work out for the clients isn’t simply luck. With Johnson, it’s a combination of listening to what her clients want, genuinely caring that they get it, working hard, and experience.
“I work to ease the stress of challenging situations,” she comments. “My knowledge of many types of occurrences lends itself to smoother, less stressful transactions.”
With over 15 years in real estate, she’s aware of different situations that can arise, understands the importance of effective communication, is deeply connected to the real estate community, and markets well beyond the MLS. If necessary, she will work around-the-clock to make sure that proper marketing has been done for the seller, or that every resource has been utilized to find the perfect home for the buyer. Her assistant, Roxanne Rick, is critical in helping Johnson stay on top of her game. Johnson calls Rick her “right hand.”
Her goal, she says, is to eliminate stress from her buyers and sellers so they can show up at closing with smiling faces and a moving van ready to go. She believes in providing the best service possible.
“In this ever-changing and more challenging marketplace, even though technology has become more readily available, I firmly believe that customer service and communication are more important than ever,” Johnson comments. “Customer service and accountability seem to be lacking in today’s world. I strive to be different and make a difference.”
