Bradshaw & Bryant, PLLC

“He works hard to take care of the details so his clients can concentrate on recovering.”

According to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, there were an estimated 2.5 million motor vehicle traffic injuries and over 41,000 traffic fatalities in 2007. With statistics like these, odds are pretty good that you’re going to be in some type of car crash in your lifetime, regardless if you consider yourself a safe driver. And if you or someone close to you is injured in the accident, you’re going to want a good personal injury lawyer on your side.

“I truly hope you’re never injured in an accident, but if you are, don’t sign anything until you’ve talked to a lawyer,” says attorney Mike Bryant.

He should know. Bryant, the owner of the St. Cloud law firm Bradshaw & Bryant, PLLC, has been practicing personal injury law since 1991, representing people under the most difficult circumstances.

He cares about his clients, listens to their concerns, and works hard to take care of the details so his clients can concentrate on recovering.

At a young age Bryant knew he wanted to help people. In college he saw how an assistant attorney general protected farmers from foreclosure, leaving the grateful farmers with their land and their livelihood. The experience left a lasting impression. He chose to pursue law in order to give a voice to those who deserve to be heard. He went on to graduate from Gustavus Adolphus College and William Mitchell College of Law and hasn’t looked back. Just two days after being sworn in, he was in court working his first case.

Since then, Bryant has been recognized as a top 100 personal injury “Super Lawyer,” Top 40 Personal Injury Lawyer, the recipient of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association Excellence Award, and named MTLA’s “Lawyer of the Year,” an honor also bestowed upon Joe Crumley, a partner of the firm.

No one wants to think about being in an accident, but if it does happen, the dedicated team at Bradshaw & Bryant—Bryant, Crumley, attorney Andrew Pearson, and associates Stacy Lundeen and Nicole Bettendorf—have extensive experience negotiating with insurance companies and litigating personal injury and wrongful death claims.

“Research shows that—on average—if you’re not represented by legal counsel, you’ll personally receive less than half the settlement you’d receive when properly represented,” Bryant points out. “It’s always free to meet with us, and it can make a huge difference in the outcome of your case.”

Halunen & Associates

Aggressively Representing Their Clients to Ensure that Employees and Consumers are Treated with Decency, Equality and Respect

Clayton Halunen founded Halunen & Associates in 1998 after representing his mother in an employment discrimination case. From that point forward, he dedicated his practice to employee rights. A few years later he met his smart and tenacious counterpart, Joni Thome, after having a case against one another. They combined their efforts and over the past ten years have become recognized as top employment litigators.

Over the past few years, Halunen & Associates has added to its roster Frances Baillon, a seasoned litigator with significant appellant experience, Christopher Jozwiak, a fiery upstart committed to employment rights and Charles Firth, a veteran class action litigator who, after having his own practice in New Mexico, moved back to his native Minneapolis to join Halunen & Associates. The firm also includes Michael Johnson, who alone has over 20 years of trial advocacy under his belt and who heads up the firm’s Chicago office.

The firm recently moved in to an impressive new space in the IDS and has also added two new attorneys to the practice – Daniel Leland, an accomplished graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and Toni Lee, a former Assistant Ramsey County Public Defender.

With a firm belief in the rights of individuals at heart, Halunen & Associates focuses our practice in two areas: Employment Law and Consumer Protection Class Action Litigation. With years of trial and appellate law experience in both state and federal courts, Halunen & Associates have successfully litigated hundreds of cases for employees who have suffered wrongful termination, sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and/or unlawful retaliation. The attorneys at Halunen & Associates are also experienced in consumer class action litigation and fight for the rights of consumers in class action lawsuits against some of our country’s largest corporations.

Beyond growing bigger and moving to a new home, over the last year alone Halunen & Associates has received favorable decisions in federal and state court addressing issues of workplace discrimination and retaliation, including a state Supreme Court ruling that sets a new standard for workplace sexual harassment. The firm has significantly increased its practice with respect to both wage-and-hour and consumer class action law suits, obtaining impressive results for its clients in both arenas. Further, the firm continues to negotiate significant settlements and severances for its clients. In all of these endeavors, the firm keeps true to its promise – to aggressively represent its clients to ensure that employees and consumers are treated with decency, equality and respect.
