We are excited to announce that our fourth annual Minnesota Monthly Local Chef Challenge will be held on March 31 & April 1 at Mall of America. This will be a weekend-long elimination contest, where one local chef will walk away with $10,000 cash.
Your commitment would be two to three hours on Saturday for the first round. If you win your bracket, you will then advance to the semi-final on Sunday, April 1st. Due to time constraints and kitchen availability, we have a limited number of spots available. We will be accepting seven chefs. Chef Vincent of Vincent will be back to defend his title.
Each participating chef will be featured in the March issue of Minnesota Monthly, on MinnesotaMonthly.com, and may receive additional press exposure.
