Poet Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “Trust men and they will be true to you; treat them greatly, and they will show themselves great…” At Hanson Dental, located west of the Twin Cities in Buffalo, they follow this philosophy. They honor their patients’ trust by treating them with outstanding care and high quality cosmetic, neuromuscular, and family dentistry in a comfortable spa-like environment.

The dedicated dentist, with 17 years of experience, has a relaxing chairside presence, a reason many nervous patients seek him out.

“We see patients who have had terrible experiences as children who are amazed how quick and pain-free dental treatment can be,” he explains.

The energetic, fun, charismatic side of his personality comes out when talking to patients and children, who “love coming back even after extensive treatment.” (It doesn’t hurt that there’s a room dedicated to young children to eliminate the fear often associated with going to a medical office.)

A graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Dr. Hanson has not only a great personality, but also the skills necessary to provide complete smile rehabilitations. Among his interests is neuromuscular dentistry, an option for patients with chronic pain and headaches.

Whether he’s brightening a smile, creating a new smile, filling a cavity, or treating a patient with a temporomandibular joints (TMJ) issue, Dr. Hanson is revolutionizing the way people think about going to the dentist.

“A good dentist will keep up on continuing education. A good dentist will take time with each patient without being rushed. They will surround themselves with successful people, including their employees and patients. If you know of a happy successful dental staff, the odds are pretty good that the dentist is successful. Likewise, if you know a successful person, ask who their dentist is and if they’re happy with him or her.”
