Created by Meg Dhamer, they’re available at select Lunds & Byerly’s, Local D’Lish, and Golden Fig. Summer salads are deliriously good with their garlic–blue cheese dressing. Martini lovers: Sample the Blythetini at Mission (77 S. Second St., Mpls., 612-339-1000, missionamerican.com). Named after local woman-about-town Blythe Brenden, the elegant drink has a surprising chocolate taste, says owner Anoush Ansari.

Here’s a twist on using Community Supported Agriculture for summer produce from Callister Farm (52237 170th Ave., West Concord, 507-527-8521, henhouse@clear.lakes.com). The farm is offering a Chicken Savings Account, including chicken, whole and ground sausage, or legs and wings from July to December, delivered to Local D’Lish (208 N.
