17th Annual Minnesota Monthly Food & Wine Experience

March 5 & 6, 2011, Target Field

The most delicious weekend of the year is almost here and we invite you to join us in our new location: Target Field. Yes, in March and no, not out on the field. Attendees will enjoy gourmet fare, specialty beers and more than 350 fine wines along with dramatic views, in the warmth and comfort of the Metropolitan & Legends Clubs of Target Field.

This intimate venue will give you access to winemakers, craft brewers and local chefs. Come and discover new favorites, learn tips of the trade and make your next dinner reservations.

With 200 exhibitors showcasing the best in gourmet food, attendees will enjoy gourmet fare, sample more than 350 fine wines and more than 75 specialty beers.

Q: Where to Park?
A: Parking Ramps for Target Field:
Four large parking ramps, the City of Minneapolis’ A, B, C, and Hawthorne municipal parking ramps, are the closest parking for Target Field, and have 7,000 spaces between them.

Q: Where to Enter?
A: Special Instructions:
The only entrance to the Minnesota Monthly Food & Wine Experience is via the skyway to Target Field located on the third level of the adjacent Ramp A parking lot (Ramp A is part of the downtown ABC Ramps).

Q: What about my coat?
A: Coat Check will be available.

Note: Attendees to the Champion’s Club Wine Dinner the evening of Saturday, March 6 will use valet parking in the Twins Parking Lot.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a champagne reception followed by chef action stations paired with 10 fine wines from the portfolios of Chateau Ste. Michelle. You will enjoy the experience within the exclusive dining venue at Target Field.
