Minneapolis-based Aimee Lagos and her childhood friend, Christiana Coop, launched their online boutique this year in collaboration with artists and designers whose work embodies hygge, the Danish word meaning “cozy.” The result is an eclectic collection of accessories and home goods that are simple and modern with just the right amount of quirkiness.  hyggeandwest.com
