Got a sweet tooth? Then report immediately to Edina’s new Pandolfi Gelato. Pandolfi’s gelato is more American-style than that of the other local gelato shops, with kid-friendly flavors like an Almond Joy taste-alike (made with toasted coconut, almonds, and fudge). Adults, however, will likely beeline for their tangy fruit-forward sorbettos, such as the zippy raspberry version. Pandolfi is likely to earn a permanent place in Edina’s retail scene, though, for its excellent candy selection, featuring everything from watermelon-shaped lollipops to classic penny candies to bags of gum shaped like faux gold nuggets.
