The third annual Charlie Awards, a celebration of the Twin Cities metro area restaurant, food, and beverage community, was held on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013 at the Pantages Theatre. The three-part event included the Main Show, a reception at the IDS Center Crystal Court sponsored by Minnesota Monthly immediately following the awards, and later, a four-course Chefs Dinner at The Walker Art Center.
