2 DAYS | 8 CHEFS | 1 CHAMPION
Minnesota Monthly’s Fifth Annual Local Chef Challenge was held on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 in the Rotunda at Mall of America®. Eight local chefs competed in elimination heats, advancing until there were only two chefs remaining for Sunday’s final duel—Donald Gonzalez of Forepaugh’s and JD Fratzke of The Strip Club Meat and Fish. Congratulations to Donald Gonzalez, who walked away with the $10,000 grand prize!
