Calling all lovers of fine crafts! The American Craft Council’s annual St. Paul show is here at last. This weekend at RiverCentre, more than 240 artists (some 25 of them local) will be exhibiting jewelry, wearable art, decorative textiles, glass, pottery, ceramics, furniture, lighting, and much more. For the first time, artists will highlight their one-of-a-kind items priced under $100 (but exquisite all the same). Whatever your art-craft preference, you’ll find it here at the juried show that kicks off art-fair season with a flourish. I’ll be there Friday night, at the $5 After 5 event, along with Melissa Moore from KS95. Admission is $5 after 5 p.m., and we’ll be hosting an evening of wine, chocolates, jazz, and price giveaways. And shopping. Don’t forget the shopping. St. Paul RiverCentre, 175 West Kellogg Blvd. Friday, April 16, 10 a.m.–8p.m., Saturday, April 17, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., and Sunday, April 18, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
