Two new fine home furnishings consignment stores in the Twin Cities may have just the treasure you’ve been looking for: The Wabi Sabi Shop, which opened last month in Plymouth, is not a sushi restaurant (the name comes from the ancient Japanese concept of living simply with transience). The store stocks gently used furniture and tons of décor items. St. Clair Consignment in Chaska will also be worth a visit. Their grand opening celebration is Tuesday, January 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. The store will sell everything from chandeliers to armoires to framed art.
