More than 50 pieces of made-in-Norway, ergonomically designed Ekornes sofas, loveseats, sectionals, and recliners are on sale this week through Saturday at Rosenthal Contemporary Furniture in downtown. The Ekornes plant in Norway allows its authorized retailers just one sale per year, and Rosenthal is taking it now. The store manager says he’s not allowed to tell me how big the discounts are in specific, but allows the savings are “huge.”
