Restaurants across the Twin Cities host a progressive dinner to support Open Arms of Minnesota

Event: The ninth-annual Moveable Feast was held Thursday, May 16, at Aria in Minneapolis.

Cause: Open Arms of Minnesota provides individuals with life-threatening diseases nutritious meals designed to meet their specific dietary needs, cooking nearly all of their food on-site and delivering the meals to clients. The event raised $300,000, enough to provide 250,000 free meals.

The Agenda: The evening began and ended at Aria. In between, limos transported groups of 10 to various fine-dining restaurants around the Twin Cities. After enjoying a meal and a glass of wine, guests returned to Aria for dancing, dessert, and an auction.

Going Once, Going Twice:  The highest bid of the night went for a weeklong stay in Cancun.
