Italy-based American designer Rebecca Moses will be breezing through the Twin Cities on Thursday to help promote her new summery tableware collection, “Heart Soul Style” that includes lilac polka-dotted ceramic dinnerware, salad dinner plates with preppy, jade-and-sea green stripes, shell and fish-shaped ceramic platters, faceted acrylic stemware, and massive wax luminaires in lavender and turquoise. At 2 p.m., Moses will give a 45-minute-long tablescaping presentation (with gratis hors d’oevres and drinks) in the lower-level of the downtown Macy’s store, and the first 100 people in will get a wristband or ticket for a Macy’s gift card. The 47-piece collection, priced remarkably low for the materials ($9.99 for a hand-painted ceramic dinner plate and $24.99 for a large platter), is only available at Macy’s stores through August.
