Q. What do you enjoy most about your job as an interior designer?
A. My favorite part of being an interior designer is working with clients. Frequently, clients know what they like and definitely what they don’t; they’re just having a really hard time pulling it all together. I like working in collaboration to help them achieve their end goal, whether redesigning a mudroom or new construction.
Building client relationships is what I enjoy most about my job, and that wouldn’t be possible if I didn’t really listen to them. I listen to what they want, help guide them through the process, keep us on task and within budget, and have fun along the way.

The most important piece of the design process is to have fun. Building a house and feeling confident in your material selections and decisions can be very overwhelming. I promise to keep us on task while making it fun along the way!
